How Contract Manufacturing Works With Us
You bring the project — a sketch, a tech pack, or a reference garment. Our team handles pattern making, sampling, and production from there.
Your designs, specifications, and finished collection remain fully yours. We work as your technical production partner, not as a co-owner of the product.
From Approved Sample to Production
Once your sample is approved, we move into a controlled production process. Every stage follows the specifications validated on your sample, so what you approved is what gets produced.

Material Procurement
Fabrics and trims are confirmed and sourced, whether provided by you or by us.

Cutting
Fabric is cut according to the approved pattern and production specifications.

Sewing & Assembly
Garments are constructed following the same standards verified on your sample.

Finishing & Pressing
Final construction details, trims, and pressing are completed.

Quality Control & Packaging
Each piece is inspected against the approved sample before packaging.

International clients
Managed Remotely, Produced in Italy
Most of our clients are outside Italy. We work over email and video calls, share photo and video updates during production, and ship samples internationally before bulk production begins.
You can follow and approve every stage of your project without visiting the workshop.

Quality Control
Every collection goes through checks at three points: fit and construction on the pre-production sample, in-line inspection during production, and a final quality check before shipping.
Nothing leaves our workshop without that final inspection — construction, finishing, and measurements are verified against the approved sample.
Before We Start Production
To move into production we typically need: an approved sample, confirmed fabric and trims, quantities, and your size and color breakdown.
If you don't have all of this yet, that's normal — it's part of what we help define during product development.

Do I need a finished tech pack to start?
No. We can start from a sketch, a reference garment, or a rough idea — our pattern making team develops the technical specifications with you.
Do you work with brands outside Italy?
Yes. We regularly work with international brands and handle EU and extra-EU shipping, customs documentation, and Incoterms.
What if I don't have a fabric supplier yet?
We can source fabrics and trims for you, or work with materials you already have.
